Head of Government of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintaev held a meeting concerning implementation of the new technologies presented at the EXPO-2017 International Exhibition, as per the Press Service of the RK Prime Minister.
In the course of the meeting, issues were discussed of application of the new technologies presented at EXPO-2017 in the fields of science, agriculture, information and communications, railroad, housing and utilities infrastructure, civil aviation, and also defense and aerospace industries. Information was debriefed on the actions taken by the RK Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Energy.
In each field, databases were created on the presented new technologies; according cooperation memoranda signed and independent project are under consideration with the authors and investors.
A working group was summoned by the RK Ministry of Energy engaging experts of national companies. 105 foreign and 28 national technologies were selected from the Exhibition.
National companies selected 25 technologies and regional administrations selected 85 technologies. Special road maps were developed and adopted. 25 projects are planned for implementation in the oil and gas industry, 24 in the electric power field, 5 in coal industry and 36 in environmental issues.
